All roles are full-time. Compensation is competitive with top-tier Indian tech companies plus equity.
ML Engineer — OCR & Document Understanding
Work on the core OCR and document understanding pipeline. You will train and fine-tune models for layout detection, text recognition, entity extraction, and classification across Indian document formats and Indic scripts.
Backend Engineer — API & Processing Infrastructure
Build and scale the document processing pipeline that handles thousands of documents per minute. Own the API layer, async queue infrastructure, and integration with on-premise enterprise deployments.
Frontend Engineer — Studio & Dashboard
Build the NeuDocIQ Studio — a web interface for configuring pipelines, reviewing extractions, and monitoring processing queues. Own the developer-facing dashboard and visualization layers.
Enterprise Sales — Government & BFSI
Own the sales cycle for enterprise and government accounts. Understand the document workflows in BFSI and government procurement, and position NeuDocIQ as the infrastructure layer for document automation at scale.
